Recruitment company pleased with success

BERRY Recruitment in Colchester has gone through many new exciting changes during the past six months.

The addition of new, experienced consultants has helped the already successful company to expand and develop its business even further in the commercial, industrial and driving sector.

Although the branch has always enjoyed an excellent reputation within Colchester and the surrounding areas for supplying large volumes of temporary staff to both large clients and smaller companies, the Colchester branch has now developed a thriving permanent division.

This focuses on the fact many companies struggle to find quality permanent staff in a increasingly competitive market.

The consultants have developed quality relationships with some of East Anglia’s premier employers and see no reason why this success cannot continue.

Manager Derek Plunkett has not been surprised by the quick upturn in success.

He said: “We are confident the market for a quality-focused recruitment company remains very strong.

“With the introduction of consultants with the expertise to tailor a solution to meet the needs of every individual client, we have had fantastic success. This has given us a good platform to aggressively build upon.

“Our temporary business is still extremely important to our branch, but we have found the two separate divisions complement each other extremely well and have only added to our significant recent upturn in business.”

Due to the increased volumes of quality business within the area, Berry Recruitment is seeking experienced sales executives, secretaries, administrators, receptionists and general industrial staff, a number of these opportunities are for immediate start.
